During Monday's CAS time, the ASB organized and hosted a unique "Tiny-habits Discussion Theater" activity. Through fun quizzes and interactive theater, students learned about the power of Tiny-habits in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The event consisted of two segments, with enthusiastic participation and fruitful outcomes.

Part 1:Quizizz

The event kicked off with students participating in an exciting Quizizz challenge via their smartphones. Questions covered multiple dimensions, including Dormitory Life, Academic Study, and Public Areas.

The atmosphere was electric as students raced to answer questions. While competing in knowledge, they also learned practical Tiny-habit tips. For example: "Spending 2 minutes daily to plan a task list can significantly boost study efficiency," and "Organizing items for the next day before bed reduces morning rush." These seemingly small actions can lead to profound changes.

Part 2

The highlight was the improvisational theater performance, featuring two short plays focused on "Dormitory Life" and "Classroom Learning" scenarios. Actors incorporated specific Tiny-habits into their performances, while the audience expressed their opinions by shouting "No!," "Wow!," or "Really?"

After the performances, actors had to guess which good or bad Tiny-habits they portrayed based on audience reactions. For example:

Positive Feedback: When an actor portrayed "returning quietly to the dorm after late-night self-study to avoid disturbing roommates," the audience responded with "Wow!", indicating strong approval of this habit.

Negative Feedback: When an actor demonstrated "unconsciously checking their phone while reciting ancient poetry," the audience shouted "No!", showing disapproval of this poor habit.

Through this interactive approach, students directly experienced how Tiny-habits impact personal and communal life, while reflecting on their daily behaviors in a lighthearted setting.

The activity not only allowed students to learn through play but also deepened their understanding of Tiny-habits through theater interactions. Many students expressed their intention to integrate the learned habits into their lives, such as:

✅Setting a small daily goal (memorizing 5 vocabulary words)

✅Organizing study spaces promptly to minimize distractions

✅Respecting public order to foster a harmonious campus environment

Though small, Tiny-habits can create lasting positive impacts. We look forward to students cultivating good habits through practice and becoming their best selves!
