本次员工大会由副校长 Irene Ma 主持,她向全体同仁致以新学期的问候与鼓励。会上,Irene 隆重介绍了四位新加入宏润博源的成员:物理-息老师、文学外教- Steven老师、体育-周老师、实验室-朱老师,对他们的到来表示热烈欢迎,期待他们快速融入、各展所长,以专业与热爱为学生搭建更优质的成长平台。

George 和大家分享了五年前初次来到学校时的感受,初来上海学校便安排校务委员会的 Irene 专程接机,这份细致周到的安排,让他充分感受到学校对教职员工的重视与关怀。入职后他切实体会到,身边同事无一不是专业素养出众、综合能力优秀,这也让他对学校严格的招聘标准有了更深的感受。

在工作中,George 曾针对校园至市区交通不便的问题,向学校提出希望增设往返市区接驳车辆的建议。令他感动的是,校领导高度重视并迅速采纳了这一建议,及时安排了接驳车,切实解决了教职工的出行难题。

除此之外,George 还分享了另一个例子:他曾向学校提议,将部分选修课调整至其他日期开设,以便让学生以更专注、更投入的状态参与课程学习。学校同样认真研究并采纳了这一建议。

从这些细节中,我们真切感受到学校对师生心声的重视——每一项合理诉求都被用心聆听,并落在实处。这种开放包容的氛围,不仅为学生的成长、也为教职工的发展,提供了最坚实的后盾与支持,意义深远。


升学部的Nicholas与宏润博源的缘分,始于正式入职前的一次校园活动。他分享到,在那次活动中,他看到了一个其乐融融的团队,无论是校长、老师还是后勤员工,每个人都自然地享受其中。这份温暖氛围给他留下了深刻印象,甚至让他产生了“回家”的感觉。

初入职时,Nicholas负责学校海外大学来访邀请工作,每学期需对接二十余所高校,从邀约、接待到组织讲座,整体工作量较大。作为入职新人,他得到了团队的有力支持,得以快速适应岗位、进入角色。团队内部的经验共享与方向协同,也让他能够更清晰地把握工作目标,更高效地支持学生成长。

回顾这段经历,他用三个关键词总结自己的感受:归属感、专业力的提升,以及教育共同体的力量。

市场招生负责人郭老师在分享中,用一个个鲜活的细节勾勒出她眼中的宏润博源。她提到,这里有为了学生一个问题写满一页A4纸的老师,有为艺术节反串迪士尼公主的老师,有陪学生熬夜到凌晨的学生处老师,还有为让孩子体验真实商业世界动用各种人脉资源还差点自掏腰包赞助项目的老师。“品宣不是我在办公室敲键盘,而是每一位老师在课堂上俯身的瞬间,是后勤老师打扫的周末时光,是师生一起运动打卡的清晨。”作为团队新人,她坦言最初有过焦虑,但在与谢老师、于老师、王伟老师等一次次合作中,深切感受到“力往一处使”的团队力量。

新学期,她号召全体教职工“在一起,做件大事”,让课堂精彩成为口碑,让温暖体验成为最好的招生简章。

在本次员工大会上,刘校围绕学校发展、教师支持与身心健康三个维度,分享了新学期的思考与期待。

面对AI带来的教育变革,学校持开放而审慎的态度。技术正在重塑教与学的方式,学校鼓励教师主动思考:AI时代,教育应该坚守什么、改变什么?本学期学校将举办教育与AI相关的主题讲座,不是为了给出标准答案,而是希望通过对话激发大家的思考,共同探索如何让技术真正服务于学生的成长。

学校最珍视的财富,是每一位教职员工。 在学生个性化成长之外,老师们的专业发展与身心健康同样是学校的核心关切。新学期,学校新学期,学校将在评估优化各类活动的基础上,鼓励大家主动提出自己的想法,无论是完整的活动方案,还是一个小小的点子,都可以随时与校领导沟通,各部门将积极配合落地。

学校正式提出“无体育,不宏润”的理念。 这不仅是对体育龙老师多年来坚持推动校园体育氛围的致敬,更是对全体师生身心健康的重视。体育不仅强健身体,也对心理健康有着积极作用。学校希望以此为契机,鼓励大家更加重视运动,把身心健康放在重要位置。

【守初心之不变,驭时代之变局】

总校长-陈文国




新学期伊始,陈校以“变与不变”为主题,与全体教职员工分享了面对时代变革的思考。他指出,AI正在深刻改变教育与世界,作为国际化高中,外部环境、学生需求、学习方式都在变化,我们必须清醒地思考:什么要主动求变,什么要坚决坚守。

关于主动求变,他提出四个方向:

教学方式要变,告别灌输式教学,用探究、互动、项目式学习赋能课堂,让AI成为教学的助力;

育人目标要变,从分数导向转向培养品格、思维、创造力与人文素养;

专业服务要变,提升个性化指导,用AI增效,做好学业、升学与全人关怀;

学校发展要变,持续升级课程与管理,布局“AI+教育”,保持核心竞争力。

而在变化之中,他强调了四个必须坚守的不变:

立德树人的初心不变,培养有家国情怀、全球视野的时代青年;

关爱学生的真心不变,用心倾听、鼓励,守护每一位孩子的成长;

追求卓越的匠心不变,以专业与责任助力学生实现卓越;

团结协作的同心不变,全校家校同心,共同迎接教育的新机遇。

最后,陈校送给大家一句话:该变的大胆变,不该变的坚决守。变的是方法与载体,不变的是初心、爱心与责任。我们善用AI,更不忘师者本心。新学期,愿大家在变化中坚定,在坚守中成长,以无界教育,成就每一个独特而闪亮的灵魂。

This staff meeting was presided over by Vice Principal Irene Ma, who extended her greetings and words of encouragement to all colleagues for the new semester. George shared his feelings about his first arrival at the school five years ago. When he first came to Shanghai, the school arranged for Irene from the school committee to personally pick him up at the airport. This thoughtful and meticulous arrangement made him fully experience the school's value and care for its faculty and staff.This thoughtful arrangement made him fully feel the school's attention and care for its faculty and staff. After joining the school, he truly realized that every colleague around him boasts outstanding professional accomplishments and strong comprehensive abilities, which also gave him a deeper understanding of the school's rigorous recruitment standards.

At work, George once proposed to the school the addition of shuttle buses between the campus and the urban area to address the transportation inconvenience. To his heartfelt delight, the school leaders attached great importance to this suggestion and adopted it promptly, arranging the shuttle buses in time to effectively solve the travel difficulties of the faculty and staff.

In addition, George shared another example: he once suggested to the school that some optional courses be rescheduled to other days, so that students could participate in the courses with a more focused and engaged mindset. The school also carefully studied and adopted this proposal.

From these details, we truly feel the school's high attention to the voices of teachers and students – every reasonable demand is earnestly listened to and effectively implemented. This open and inclusive atmosphere provides the most solid backing and support for both students' growth and faculty members' professional development, which is of profound significance.


Nicholas from the University Admissions Department first forged his bond with Hongrun Boyuan through a campus activity before his official employment. He shared that during that activity, he saw a harmonious and united team where everyone, from the principal and teachers to the logistics staff, enjoyed themselves naturally. This warm atmosphere left a deep impression on him and even gave him a strong sense of "coming home".

When he first joined the school, Nicholas was responsible for inviting overseas universities to visit the campus, having to connect with more than 20 universities every semester. He managed the entire process from sending out invitations and receiving visitors to organizing lectures, which involved a heavy workload. As a new employee, he received strong support from the team, enabling him to quickly adapt to his position and get into the swing of work. The experience sharing and goal alignment within the team also allowed him to grasp work objectives more clearly and support students' growth more efficiently.

Looking back on this experience, he summarized his feelings with three key words: a sense of belonging, the improvement of professional competence, and the power of the educational community.

Ms. Guo, the person in charge of Marketing and Admissions, depicted Hongrun Boyuan in her eyes through a series of vivid details in her sharing. She mentioned that here, there are teachers who fill a whole A4 page answering a single student's question, teachers who cross-dress as Disney princesses for the Art Festival, Student Affairs teachers who stay up late with students until the early morning, and teachers who use all their personal connections – and even almost spent their own money – to sponsor projects for students to experience the real business world. "Brand promotion is not me typing on the keyboard in the office; it is every moment a teacher bends down to communicate with students in the classroom, the weekend hours logistics teachers spend cleaning the campus, and the early mornings when teachers and students exercise and check in together." As a new member of the team, she honestly admitted that she felt anxious at first, but in repeated cooperation with Teacher Xie, Teacher Yu, Teacher Wang Wei and other colleagues, she deeply felt the strength of a team that "unites as one for a common goal".

For the new semester, she called on all faculty and staff to "stand together and accomplish something great", making wonderful classes the school's word of mouth and warm campus experiences the best admission brochure.

Faced with the educational changes brought about by AI, the school holds an open and prudent attitude. Technology is reshaping the way of teaching and learning, and the school encourages teachers to reflect actively: in the AI era, what should education uphold and what should it change? This semester, the school will hold theme lectures on Education and AI, not to provide standard answers, but to stimulate everyone's thinking through dialogue and jointly explore how to make technology truly serve students' growth.

The school's most precious asset is every member of its faculty and staff. Beyond the personalized growth of students, the professional development and physical and mental health of teachers are also the school's core concerns. For the new semester, on the basis of evaluating and optimizing various school activities, the school encourages everyone to put forward their ideas proactively – whether it is a complete activity plan or a small creative thought, you can communicate with the school leaders at any time, and all departments will actively cooperate to turn these ideas into reality.

The school officially put forward the philosophy of "No Sports, No Hongrun Boyuan". This is not only a tribute to Teacher Long, the PE teacher who has persisted in promoting the campus sports atmosphere for many years, but also a strong emphasis on the physical and mental health of all teachers and students. Sports not only strengthen the body, but also exert a positive effect on mental health. Taking this opportunity, the school hopes to encourage everyone to attach more importance to exercise and place physical and mental health in a prominent position.

Uphold the Unchanging Original Aspiration, Navigate the Changing Times

At the start of the new semester, Principal Chen shared his reflections on facing the changes of the times with all faculty and staff under the theme of "Change and Perseverance". He pointed out that AI is profoundly changing education and the world at large. As an international high school, we are witnessing changes in the external environment, students' needs and learning methods, and we must clearly reflect on: what we should take the initiative to change, and what we must firmly uphold.

Regarding proactive change, he proposed four directions:

  • Teaching methods must change: bid farewell to cramming teaching, empower classrooms with inquiry-based, interactive and project-based learning, and make AI a powerful facilitator of teaching;

  • Educational goals must change: shift from a score-oriented approach to cultivating students' character, critical thinking, creativity and humanistic literacy;

  • Professional services must change: enhance personalized guidance, leverage AI to improve efficiency, and provide high-quality academic support, university admission counseling and holistic student care;

  • School development must change: continuously upgrade courses and school management, lay out the "AI + Education" strategy, and maintain core competitiveness.

Amid all these changes, he emphasized four unshakable principles that we must firmly uphold:

  • The original aspiration of moral education and character cultivation remains unchanged: nurturing young people of the times with a strong sense of national pride and a broad global vision;

  • The sincere heart of caring for students remains unchanged: listening to and encouraging students earnestly, and guarding the growth of every child;

  • The craftsman spirit of pursuing excellence remains unchanged: empowering students to achieve excellence with professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility;

  • The united heart of solidarity and cooperation remains unchanged: the whole school, together with parents, stands as one to jointly embrace new opportunities in education.

Finally, Principal Chen left everyone with a message: Boldly change what needs to be changed, and firmly uphold what should not be changed. What changes are the methods and carriers of education, while what remains unchanged is our original aspiration, love for education and sense of responsibility. We make good use of AI, and never forget the fundamental heart of being an educator. For the new semester, may we stand firm in change and grow in perseverance, and with boundless education, nurture every unique and shining soul.
